2. Eligible vs. Non-eligible Cases
Refund-eligible cases
- Wallet deduction with no service delivered.
- Technical outage exceeding 72 hours preventing plan use.
- Duplicate deposit caused by system error.
- Cancellation within 24h of first subscription with zero analyses used.
Non-eligible cases
- Trading losses from your decisions.
- Subscription where analyses or signals were used.
- Digital products already downloaded (books, MT5 indicators, videos).
- Subscription past monthly cycle end.
- Change of mind after 24-hour window.
3. Hardware Products (Dropshipping)
For hardware shipped via dropshipping partners:
- If the item arrives damaged or different from the listing, full refund within 14 days of delivery.
- Photos showing the issue and purchase invoice required.
- Reverse shipping cost is on the user in "change of mind" cases.
4. How to Submit a Refund Request
Step 1: Contact support via contact page within the allowed window.
Step 2: Attach transaction ID, purchase date, and refund reason.
Step 3: Support team reviews within 3-5 business days.
Step 4: On approval, funds are credited to wallet balance or refunded to original crypto wallet within 7 business days.
5. Refund Method
Refunds return via the original payment method. For crypto payments, we send the equivalent amount in USDT (TRC20) to the sending wallet. Network fees are deducted from the refunded amount.
6. Exceptional Cases
For severe technical errors on our side, we may offer compensation or extra Credits in lieu of cash refunds, with user approval.
7. Fraud & Abuse
Any fraud attempt (abusive chargebacks, identity spoofing, repeated refunds) results in permanent ban and referral to authorities.
