Is registration free?
Yes — creating an account is completely free and grants you access to the Free Plan (Telegram channel + basic radar + limited AI Analyst).
Plans & Subscriptions
What's the difference between Free and VIP?
Free has limited access (10 analyses/month, basic radar). VIP unlocks exclusive Gold signals, unlimited analyses, and behind-the-scenes trades for $99/month.
Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade from your dashboard at any moment, or cancel auto-renewal before the cycle ends.
What are the AI Analyst plans?
Four tiers: Free ($0), Basic ($49), Pro ($99), Elite ($249). Each tier grants different Credits — every full analysis consumes 100 credits.
Payments & Wallet
What payment methods are supported?
We accept cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH, and more) via the secure NowPayments gateway. Payments are auto-converted to USD wallet balance.
How long does deposit confirmation take?
Confirmation depends on network speed (typically 2-15 minutes). Funds are credited instantly upon confirmation.
Why did my deposit fail?
