It reads the state of institutional order flow, bullish or bearish, on the current timeframe and on the higher timeframe at the same time. The point is to keep you from trading against the dominant direction.
How to install
Open TradingView and click Pine Editor at the bottom. Open the file you downloaded, copy all of its contents, and paste it into the editor replacing what is there. Then press Add to chart and it appears on your chart.
