It draws boxes for the high and low of each timeframe you enable, by default 15 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, daily, and weekly, updating them as soon as a new candle forms. It gives simple direction signals from where the last close sits against the box, with a summary table.
How to install
Open TradingView and click Pine Editor at the bottom. Open the file you downloaded, copy all of its contents, and paste it into the editor replacing what is there. Then press Add to chart and it appears on your chart.
