The file contains two indicators that are meant to run together, not on their own. They work on any pair and any timeframe, so you can apply them to whichever market and chart period you already follow.
How to install
Open TradingView and click Pine Editor at the bottom. Open the file you downloaded, copy all of its contents, and paste it into the editor replacing what is there. Then press Add to chart and it appears on your chart.
