It measures the gap between buy volume and sell volume, known as volume delta. If you are on a free TradingView subscription, you have to run it on the H1 timeframe or higher.
How to install
Open TradingView and click Pine Editor at the bottom. Open the file you downloaded, copy all of its contents, and paste it into the editor replacing what is there. Then press Add to chart and it appears on your chart.
