Delete your account.

You delete it yourself from inside the app or the site, with no one to ask. This page explains the steps, what is removed, and what stays.

The steps

  1. Sign in and open the dashboard.
  2. From the menu choose Settings.
  3. At the bottom of the page there is a box named “Delete account” — type your password and press “Request account deletion”.
  4. You then have 7 days to change your mind from the banner at the top of the dashboard. After that the deletion runs automatically.

What is deleted

  • Name, email and phone number
  • Password and sign-in data
  • Photo, bio and country
  • Notification devices and referral code
  • Access to every product and subscription

What is kept

  • The financial transaction record — with no name or email, for accounting only

Balance and active subscriptions are not refunded once the deletion runs.

Can’t sign in?

Send an email from the same address registered to [email protected] with the subject “Delete account”. The same 7-day grace period and the same rules above apply.
